Your First Visit

Your first visit is an opportunity to discuss your health history, current concerns, medications, symptoms, and goals for care. Depending on the reason for your visit, your appointment may include a physical exam, pelvic exam, Pap testing, lab work, imaging orders, or discussion of treatment options.

Yes. Dr. Payne provides care for perimenopause and menopause symptoms, including hot flashes, night sweats, sleep problems, mood changes, vaginal dryness, and hormone therapy questions.

Can I schedule online?

What if I have abnormal bleeding?

Heavy, irregular, or unexpected bleeding should be evaluated. Schedule a visit so Dr. Payne can review your symptoms and recommend next steps.
